A - Bizempire is an informal and changing group of South African entrepreneurs and business owners. It is not a company or business itself but rather a collection of ideas an experience. Q - Why does this web site exist? A - South Africa has a chronic unemployment problem. This is our bit to help create wealth and employment in South Africa by empowering individuals to start their own businesses and to help make them profitable. Q - Why is there free information on this web site? What is the catch? A - We have supplied basic information for free as we want people to be able to set up their businesses using information from this site. Most new business owners are generally very short of cash and so we felt it necessary to at least enable them to get started without having to pay money they don’t have. The higher level information which will help improve business efficiencies, profitability, security and ultimate success is provided to members for a small fee. This is more applicable to existing businesses who can hopefully scrape some funds together. Q - I want to phone and speak to someone, how can I get hold of you? A - Most of this website is done by current or previous business owners free of charge. To run a call centre to field telephone calls is beyond the budget available to Bizempire as the very nature of this web site would result in thousands of calls having to be answered by competent and experienced staff. Its simply not possible to provide for free. Sorry. If you need to contact us please take a look at our contact details page. Q - I need to know some information about running a small business which I could not find on your site. Can you help me? A - Yes, we will gladly try. Please email us you query to faq@bizempire.co.za. and we will do our best to find the answer for you. These types of questions help develop our site to provide information that is relevant to our readers. If it is beyond the scope of our knowledge, we will let you know. Q - I need some information on running a small business but don’t have the time to read through your whole site, can you help me? A - We fully understand that business owners are busy. Simply email your question to faq@bizempire.co.za. and we will send you the relevant link. If the question is not answered on our site we will try and find the answer for you. If it beyond the scope of this site or our knowledge, we will let you know. Q - Can Bizempire give me a loan? A - No. We provide information only.
